Product Security

Enabot takes the security of our connectable products seriously. This 
page provides information on how to report a security issue and the 
security update support periods for our products.


Reporting a Security Issue

If you discover a security vulnerability in an Enabot product, please 
contact us at info@enabot.com. To help us investigate efficiently, you 
can use our Vulnerability Report Template: [Enabot_Vulnerability_Report_Template.xlsx].

We will acknowledge receipt of vulnerability reports within 5 business 
days and provide status updates at intervals of no more than 30 
calendar days until the issue is resolved or otherwise closed.

Please avoid publicly disclosing details of the vulnerability before 
we have had the opportunity to investigate and address it.

Enabot does not currently operate a vulnerability bounty program.


Security Update Support Period

We will provide security updates for each product for the following 
minimum period, calculated from the date of first sale of that 
product in the UK.

Note: Product names above cover all colour variants and bundle 
configurations of each model. If you are unsure which product you 
own, please check the model name printed on the underside of your 
device, or contact us at info@enabot.com for assistance.
